Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise within 21 days of the original ship date. Items must be returned with all original tags attached and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Select your preferred return method to generate a prepaid UPS shipping label and a return packing slip to include inside your package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box, affix the prepaid label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized UPS location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your original payment method, minus a $10 return shipping fee.
